Be among the first to see this beautiful, globe-spanning film ahead of its cinema release in September—at the very first stop on its BFI preview tour.

Director Ed Sayers will join us in person for a special post-screening Q&A.

You can also meet the LandxSea team and festival guests, pick up your brand-new print programme and get a first look at our official 2026 festival trailer on the big screen.

Come along, say hello and help us kick off the festival season in style!

BOOK TICKETS

A love letter to the natural world, filmed entirely on vintage Super 8.

Seeking to make a film about nature that didn’t cost the Earth, director Ed Sayers invited 40 filmmakers and enthusiasts across 25 countries to capture the wild places closest to their hearts—on land, beneath the sea and in the air.

The result is a poetic, deeply personal mosaic of landscapes, voices and perspectives. Intimate, gentle and visually beguiling, Super Nature celebrates our connection to life on Earth and quietly reflects on all we stand to lose.
