LandxSea—Scotland’s Environmental Film Festival—takes place each September at Montrose Playhouse.
We welcome enquiries from journalists and broadcasters covering film, arts and culture, climate, the environment and community action. Ahead of each festival, we can arrange interviews with Scottish and international filmmakers, special guests, and festival co-founders Rachel Caplan and Anthony Baxter.
The programme includes film premieres, filmmaker Q&As, live events and the juried North Light Award, celebrating outstanding environmental filmmaking from Scotland. Its films and guests offer timely perspectives on environmental stories unfolding locally and around the world.
We particularly welcome advance features, interviews and programme previews, and can provide press releases, images, story ideas and further information to support coverage.
