2026 Festival
The 4th Montrose LandxSea Film Festival will take place 11-13 September 2026 at the Montrose Playhouse.
We invite all press – film, media, arts, environmental, and climate – to Montrose to explore the festival's diverse programme, which includes the North Light Award celebrating Scottish environmental filmmaking. Journalists will have the opportunity to engage with filmmakers, festival co-founders Anthony Baxter and Rachel Caplan, and experts addressing global and local climate challenges.
