LandxSea is Scotland’s environmental film festival. Based in the coastal town of Montrose, we bring together inspiring new environmental films, filmmakers, special guests and audiences from Scotland and around the world.

Our annual festival takes place each September at Montrose Playhouse, a community-owned cinema and arts venue. We also present screenings, workshops and community events throughout the year, exploring our connections with land, sea and the living world.
