Dear Shop Owners,

This September, we’re turning Montrose into a film festival town, and your shop window could be the star of the show (and win you a prize!)

As the LandxSea Film Fest approaches (11–13 September at the Montrose Playhouse), we want the high street to buzz with colour, creativity, and film magic. Your shop window is your big screen and we can’t wait to see what you dream up!

YOUR MISSION:

Create a Land / Sea / Wildlife themed display…for your window: think waves, whales, wildflowers, lighthouses, puffins, pirates, or anything in between! Bonus points for sustainable materials and clever re-use. We can also provide festival posters, postcards, and programmes to feature in your display.

Display your window between 7-13 September (but we encourage you to decorate earlier if you wish!)

THE PRIZE:

Our festival team will judge all entries on the 9th September and crown one winner with our special LandxSea Festival Prize. 

This includes: 2x tickets to a screening of your choice during the festival (subject to availability), an official screen-printed festival poster by MARS Studio, and a winner feature on our website and social media!
