We're looking for new people to help shape the festival.
As LandxSea grows, so does our need for brilliant people to guide, support, and help steer the ship.
We’re currently recruiting for two key volunteer roles: Charity Trustees and Festival Committee Members.

Charity Trustees – to help govern the organisation, support our strategy and oversight, and ensure we remain on course to fulfil our charitable purpose.

Festival Committee Members – a hands-on group of collaborators who help guide delivery, share ideas, and connect us to communities, films, and opportunities across Angus and beyond.
If you believe in the power of film, creativity, and community to inspire environmental change, and want to be part of a warm, collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
No previous board experience required. We’re especially keen to hear from people underrepresented in the arts and environmental spaces, and from those with a strong connection to Montrose, Angus, or coastal Scotland.
